Motorcycling Australia have released the 2023 Manual of Motorcycle Sport (MoMS) which contains changes around sidecar requirements.
The Annandale-Leichhardt Motorcycle Club committee are aware of members concerns surrounding some of these changes, mainly one referring to oil containment and engine protection of historic road race sidecars.
The Club has put forward a proposal to see this rule changed, and is encouraging members to do the same via Motorcycling Australia.

Submissions for alterations, deletions or additions to the next annual MoM’s must be submitted by the end of February each year. In the case of an immediate alteration or amendment stakeholders will be notified by bulletin or press release.
