At the Annandale-Leichhardt Motorcycle Club meeting held on Saturday, May 27, 2023, it was voted to bring in a new point scoring system for the internal Club Championship.
Effective immediately, all members will be eligible to acrew points towards the Club Championship in their discipline and class and any race meeting they participate in as a member of ALMCC.
It is the members responsibility to advise Kevin and the committee of their race meeting results in writing, and to provide timing sheets should there be a need to double check anything. This needs to be done within 14 days of the completion of the race meeting to be eligible.
Annually the Club Championship points catchment period will end with any race meetings on the second weekend in November, to allow time for scores to be tallied prior to the Club presentation. Race meetings from the remainder of November and December will be counted towards the following years tally.
The point scores for 2023 will be backdated, with members asked to advise results from their racing so far this year ASAP so the tally can be compiled.
Scoring will reflect that of Motorcycling Australia, with a member being awarded the same points in the Club Championship as they were for their on track finish.
