Congratulations to all who attended the ALMCC Sidecar Coaching Day held on Sunday May 23 at Pheasants Wood circuit at Marulan.
Our club as a whole enjoys putting on these days to let you experience what we truly love. Unfortunately these days can’t be done anywhere near as often as other extreme sports.
There were 39 day licences issued for the event, in addition to those who hold a full MA licence that took part. It was a foggy start to the day but this gave participants the chance to walk the track and have more time looking over static outfits before the fun really started.
We do hope that you all went home with a smile on your faces, and not too many bruises. The smiles are always the minimum that we would like to see.
For most of us in the club, these days are how we first started. For anyone wishing to take the next step the test that you compiled first thing in the morning will need to be sent in to gain your licence.
We are always on the lookout for new passengers (not for the reasons you may think). We already have one who will be racing at Eastern Creek this coming Saturday. Many over the years have migrated to being riders.
Thank you again for your patronage and we look forward to seeing you all again in the future.
